The Society for Post-Medieval Archaeology

New Paul Courtney Student Travel Award

Saturday 1 August 2015

The Paul Courtney Student Travel Award has been established to enable student members of the SPMA to participate in European conferences - a particular enthusiasm of our late Membership Secretary and joint Editor of our journal Post-Medieval Archaeology, Paul Courtney. The purpose of the award is to enable students of archaeology to travel abroad (outside their countries of residence and registered study) to gain a better understanding of post-medieval archaeology through attendance at conferences.
